DESCRIPTION:

        This is a PHP project that can help webmasters apply rules on a certain page based on the visitor`s IP address or host name.
        The IP addresses are located in a text file. The script is optimized for IP ranges, but if the IP database is a big list single IP`s, there is an option made special for proxy server lists, the option of comparing the visitor`s IP and the IP list using only the first 3 group of numbers.
        I tested the script with the complete list of ip ranges of ISP`s in ROMANIA and with a huge list of proxy servers.
